WAITLIST & HOUSING INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Waitlist Process
• Applications are added to the waitlist in the order they are received (first‑come, first‑served).
• Wait times vary and may be lengthy, including several years depending on availability.
• You must renew your application every year to remain on the waitlist. If you do not renew, your application will be removed.
• A yearly renewal reminder is mailed to you. It is your responsibility to keep your mailing address updated so you receive this notice.
• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee immediate housing. Units are offered only when an apartment becomes available.
• If your name reaches the top of the list and you are unable to move in at that time, your application will be removed, and you will need to reapply for future openings.
• For questions or assistance, please contact the property management office.
Building & Accessibility Information
• Our complex does not have elevators.
• Most units require climbing more than one flight of stairs.
• Please consider your mobility needs before applying or accepting a unit.
